I accidentally clicked “forget this device” when I was trying to pair something else to my phone under the Bluetooth. I’m unable to reconnect my Fitbit ionic to my phone. Is there a way to do this other than the initial set up? I’m scared to one all my data in the app.  I have an iPhone 6S. When I go under Fitbit settings, it says it’s connevted but under my phones Bluetooth it is not

Turn the Bluetooth on your phone on and have it search for nearby devices.  It may take a couple times (and maybe a couple restarts of the phone) to get it to show up in the list.  Once it does, tap "Ionic" to pair it.

@Mealcott14 you say you are having problems pairing? Do you get any error message that would be helpful when trying to help?
