Ok so I had a nice Blaze but I thought I would upgrade to the Ionic. I liked the ideal of having music on it and being able to leave the phone at home. I CANNOT get music on there! Why???? Well because nothing I do will let it stay connected to the WI FI . I have read all the forums done all the little tricks and nothing works. So at this point I should have kept the Blaze and I will definitely be returning the wireless headphones. I have always liked Fitbit, fiercely defended it when all my friends got the Apple watch but I must say I am really disappointed. Any input would be appreciated. I am serious I have tried for hours and I have read forums. I simply do not know at this point what to do with it. The garbage comes to mind but cost to much for that. LOL

First question is what device is being used to load music onto the tracker?

What is the source of the music, Pandora, Deezer, or personal music list?
