My Pandora music app on my FitBit Ionic keeps crashing the fitness watch. It first happened 2 days ago while I was using the Running exercise function after about 15mins. It happened again this morning, before I turned on the fitness app. Is anyone else having this problem? Do I need to delete the app and then reinstall it? I'm assuming that a music file got corrupted or something - why could this be happening? The battery is at full charge.

It's great to see you around @Selko. Thanks for the details that you've mentioned.
It's pretty weird that your Pandora music is crashing. Do I need to delete the app and then reinstall it? I would like you to restart your Ionic and then reply to the following questions:
- Is it only crashing when you're exercising?
- Is your exercise crashing when you're not using Pandora?
Keep me posted.

Thanks for getting back @Selko. I appreciate that you clarify that you're experiencing this crashing only with Pandora.
I would like you to remove the Pandora app from your watch and then try a factory reset.
Keep me posted.

This happened to me on Oct 4th. I called, removed Pandora App and did a factory reset on my Ionic. Updated firmware, restored Pandora and it was fine for about a week, then on Oct 19th this started happening again.
I started Pandora, listening to music, then started a run. After about 5 minutes, my watch restarted. I then started Pandora, then started another run and again, about 5 minutes later, my watch restarted. After than, I started a run without Pandora and my watch was fine.

The factory reset seems to have worked for me. Is it on all of your stations or just one? For me I was only able to listen to one station - the others seemed to be corrupt because they would crash after a short time as well.

It's happened on the Thumbprint station and another one. Very frustrating this keeps happening. I've had this watch for almost 2 years and never had a problem until this October.

@JDavidson3 Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
In this case, I would like you to confirm that you've tried removing the Pandora app from your watch and then perform a factory reset.
@Selko Thanks for confirming that it started working for you after you performed a factory reset.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

@SilviaFitbit : I removed app, did the factory reset and it worked today on a 25 minute run. Hopefully everything is resolved. Hopefully this wont happen again. Thanks for the support.
