Hey all. I realize there are other threads about this issue but I haven’t found a solution. I’ve had my ionic for almost a year and Pandora worked fine until recently. I have tried everything mentioned in the other threads, factory reset, etc. Can’t download Pandora stations. It keeps saying 0% downloaded. I recently moved and am on a new WiFi setup (same router) but the signal is strong and none of my other devices have any issues. I just don’t understand why it would work fine all this time until now????

Can it connect to your new wifi setup? Did you add the new wifi?

I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with the Pandora stations not downloading to your watch. Thank you for confirming that you already tried the factory reset procedure; before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here? Or if you already tried other steps as well? Also, make sure the WI-FI network you're using is compatible.

Thank you for your response @Cattdog4, if you already tried all the steps, please try performing a restart to your Ionic watch.
If you continue to experience the same, you can also try a factory reset procedure; but keep in mind this would erase apps and all personal data from the device, including credit or debit cards you added (on devices that support Fitbit Pay).

I'm glad to hear that you have been able to download Pandora stations at your friend's house. You might want to get in touch with your internet provider to find out why you can't cannot do it from your house.
