Pandora stations not loading

I choose auto-sync my top Pandora stations and no matter what I do to keep trying to reconnect my Wi-Fi and have it on the charger it will not load any other station to my watch other then thumbprint radio. What do I do to get a few of my main stations I like or choose those to load so I can use them at the gym with just using my watch and flyer head phones I just purchased? If you choose from popular workout stations then I can not load the ones I want from my account.

Hello! I'm glad to see you again participating in our forums @wheels965 let me help you out with your Pandora concern.

First, I would like to suggest you to check our help article: How do I listen to Pandora stations on my Fitbit watch? and take in consideration all the information that's there. If by any chance, after checking this information, please attempt the following:

  • Restart your Ionic
  • Confirm your Ionic is connected to a power source
  • Check your Ionic is connected to WiFi
  • Confirm you are signed in to your Pandora account
  • Attempt to sync your Pandora stations to Ionic

Let me know how it goes!

Welcome back @wheels965 thanks for your reply and update. My apologies for my delayed reply.

Let me share with you that our restart process will not wipe out the information that was tracked with your device. To do so, please follow the next steps:

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

I'll be here if you need anything else.

I did a reset and put on charger and this still only has room for thumbnail radio station not top two stations. Is it possible space from music I put on is not allowing this to be loaded? Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Hello again! Thanks for your reply regarding this situation @wheels965 I'm happy to continue assisting you today. Pardon me for the delay in responding.

Seems odd that you're still experiencing difficulties with your Pandora app and the stations that are loaded, the music that is stored on your device should not affect this specific app. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the Pandora app on your Ionic device and try again. For more information and details please check: How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch? and let me know how it goes.

I'll be here.

Ok so I deleted all the music I imported and now it has the Pandora radio stations on so not sure bit it seems on my watch that it did effect the space it required. My question now is for the watch it loads your top three stations plus thumbnail. However the top three listed on my account are different then the ones I have on my watch. Is there a way to basically make the top three stations whatever I want my just listening to one song of which puts it up on my list and get it to force the ionic watch to pick those up? I would go to choose the top 3 for that option, but it only let's you pick from workout stations not you own personal ones. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
