Hey all I have personally experienced my Ionic completely shutting down and not turning back on. From reading hundreds of similar comments it appears as though this is beyond normal wear and tear and normal lifespan. Fitbit continues to offer everyone the 40% discount to replace the Ionic which means more money out of our pockets and more in theirs. At this point I would love to know what is the next level we can bring this to because all of the moderator comments seem to be very scripted and corporate.

.This has happened to me a couple of times recently.
While out for a run using aftershokz the music goes off. Look at the ionic face and it has closed down.
When out on charger back at home the power is just below 40%. Temp is mild. Fitsy shut down after 4k. Todays after 2k.
Just starting to concern me.
Is this a known problem?

I’ve owned my ionic since it’s release a few years ago. 2 weeks ago, it randomly restarted in the middle of run. It does it around 20
minutes of running - I’m listening to music on it with Bluetooth headphones. It continues to restart like this every run now. There hasn’t been an update that I’m aware of. I’ve rebooted with no luck. I’m a software developer and have attempted to troubleshoot this. It’s frustrating to say the least.
