Pandora syncing not working after charging

I keep hitting issues with Pandora after charging my Ionic.

I started off a week ago with 3 Pandora stations finally synced to my Ionic.

 

After charging my watch last Saturday morning, I noticed on my run that I now only had 2 Pandora stations.

 

Fast forward to today and just before I go on my run, I notice I now have no Pandora stations on my Ionic after charging!! This is a really painful user experience. My main motivation for getting the Ionic was to have less things to bring and setup before doing my long runs. Why is the auto syncing so broken for Pandora?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @damienbiggs, it's great to have you on board! I'd recommend following the steps that my friend @SilviaFitbit has recommended in this post. 

 

However, it also sounds to me like a syncing issue in general, so I'd recommend following the steps I've shared here.
