Phone restart required for notifications

Hi. I have a Huawei p10 and quite often my notifications won't come through to my fitbit ionic. When i go on to the app it says it needs a phone restart to enable notifications .Sometimes even this doesn't fix it. Sometimes I can click sync and it then fixes it but it happens a lot. My sync is switched on to all day sync. Sometimes I will receive notifications and then half way through the day it will stop again. I notice this a lot if I've had to charge my fitbit

Unfortunately you phone is not on the  Supported Devices List. Although phones not on the list often do work, notifications is often a difficult area. All you can do is work through the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Notification problems. I hope you find something that works for you.
