Picture won't change on Clock face..

Got a FB ionic yesterday set it up today everything working fine until I come to clock face. So I pick the picture I want crop it etc and then press done and nothing happens, I have picked other clock faces and they change straight away. Now have a picture of a cat that's not mine and is standard ( I guess) 

 

Is it something I'm doing wrong? Doing it from an iPad if that makes any difference at all..

Would this have anything to do with the issues Fitbit are having with syncing etc as I'm also not getting any notifications through either?
