Hi,
I just changed my phone from a iPhone 6s to a Pixel 3xl. I can't sync my phone with my Fitbit ionic .I tried everything and still I can't sync it. I also did a store restart and now I am unable to use my ionic as I need to setup it but I can't sync with my phone.
Any idea what I should do ? Fitbit could you try to have a better answer than try to reboot it ....
If the phone is not supported when will it be ? Clear answer will be a muat.

Did you remove the Ionic from the Fitbit app on your iPhone? I know when I moved from a Nexus 5X to a Pixel 3, I could not sync with my Pixel 3 until I removed the Ionic from my 5X.
I certainly can't guarantee that's your issue, but it is what I experienced. And since then my Ionic syncs fine with my, not on the supported device list, Pixel 3.
