Folks,
Is anyone else finding the raise to wake function a little unpredictable? I'm finding that it is not working for me ~50% of the time, something that I didn't ever experience with my AW or Blaze.
The double tap to wake is the only reliable way that I can get my screen to turn on... 😞
Did you update the os? It works when it wants to. I've been busy with work lately but went to target and saw the Samsung watch seems cool. But I'm really contemplating on ditching fitbit. My blaze is a tank never fails. Like my other posts fitbit wanted to get in the smart watch game but tooooooo many problems which they won't fix. Sad
Best AnswerNo u shouldn't do that
drainage battery.
Best AnswerHi Brian. My Ionic OS is current, as is my Fitbit Android app. I agree it is unfortunate that these devices have as many irritations as they do.
Best Answerthank you - after changing clock face - swipe right did not work. Had to use this button technique to bring up the menu. Yes after changing clock face - reverted to manual
Best AnswerI can't find the feature on my fitbit ionic the swipe from left to right. It opens up the regular screen if I swipe right to left. If someone can suggest a resolve.
Best AnswerI would be interested in a watch face that is more sensitive to turning on. I have bought the ionic but the delay of the face coming on compared to the apple watch series 3 is so noticeable, it may only be a fraction of a second but it makes the difference.
Come on fitbit, I know your keen on your battery life but I would charge every night (like I do with my apple watch) to have the same response times.
Let me know if you develop this face, I would gladly buy you a cup of coffee.
OMG...thank you so much!!! Everyone kept saying to swipe right, but there was nothing to the left of the clock face. But those were older posts, I'm assuming they changed it since those posts? But to some people's posts, why is this not in the settings menu? So dumb...
