Possible to customise the various screens displayed during an exercise?

I don't need all of the screens displayed for some exercises. For example, walking i don't care about the pace screens (I think there are 3 of them). It would be nice to be able to chose which screens are accessible for each exercise type.

I already found the solution via the gear icon on each Exercise type on the Ionic.

It was under Customize Stats and then Middle Stat.
