Just recieved my ionic after waiting 3 weeks for the one i wanted to come in. Unbox the ionic and did not come on. Put the charger on for 12 hours and nothing. Tryed all the left right botton and nothing. Any ideas please.

Hi @Apez -- Sounds like the battery is dead. Are you getting any indication that it is receiving power when you try to charge it? You should feel a vibration when you've when it connects and their should be a screen display indicating the level of battery charge. If you are not seeing this, try plugging into a different USB port. (Laptops and unpowered USB hubs often don't have enough current to charge an external device).
If you cannot get it to charge, it is probably easiest to just take it back to wherever you got it and exchange it.

Well its funny you say the battery is dead. Its band new and took the store 3 weeks to get the color my wife needed. It has been charging almost 48 hours. Did the 3 botton thing and just dies
