So here's my problem. I deleted my old account to start a fresh account for the new year. I hadn't used my Ionic for a few months. I didn't have the current firmware, but have the most recent app version. So... I deleted my old account, made a new one, and factory reset the Ionic and unpaired it from my phone (Samsung Galaxy S8 Active)... then went to into add the tracker to the new account. It goes through the process of finding the Bluetooth, then I put in the four numbers, then it just goes back to the "+setup a new tracker" screen-- and there is nothing listed; the Fitbit itself has a twinkling logo on screen and the battery icon...but nothing seems to be happening, even if I wait for 30+minutes. There is no progress bar like when a firmware update is being performed.
Tried numerous other devices to set it up (PC and iPad), none are working. Tried soft resets, tried button-press factory resets. No matter what, it won't add the tracker to the account.
