Problems connecting my Iconic to my IPhone app

I cannot complete the set up on my Iconic.  

 

I get to the point that I enter the 4 digit number and the connection wheel of death comes up after I enter the number.  Then nothing.  

Troubleshooting steps:  1. Turned on and off my Bluetooth.  2. Removed the iconic from my Bluetooth device list.  3. Restarted both the watch and my phone. 4. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. 5. Even ensured I was on the latest IOS.  Nothing is helping.  I just get to the same place every time.  

 

This is is the second Iconic I’ve purchased (the first one was stolen recently). And didn’t have nearly this much trouble getting the first one setup

@poolcueldy Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for trying all of those steps in order to sort out the situation you are experiencing with setting up your second Ionic. 

 

Have you checked all of the requirements shown here? Feel free to try the troubleshooting steps shown there again too in the order given for best results. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices connected on your phone.
