Problems with ionic face giving information

I've only had my ionic fitbit for about 3 weeks and I am having trouble with the information on the face.  It gives me the time, it gives me my heart rate, etc., but it for some reason today has decided not to scroll to the calories burned.  What should I do?  Has anyone else had this problem?  I also am having trouble getting it to wake up.

Have you restarted it?

Press and hold bottom right and left buttons for about 10 secs until the screen blanks.

Either that or scroll to the right until you get to the page with the Settings icon, touch settings and scroll down to About, touch about and then scroll down to Shutdown.  Touching the shutdown option shuts the Ionic down.  To restart, touch the left side button.
