Question about clock for the ionic

After it updated. Whenever I move my wrist to check the time it shows my steps. The only way to get back to the clock is to hold the left buttin..which takes me to the relax app then tap the left button  But I have to do this every time I want to see my clock. I went to quick view and it doesnt even show a clock to set it to default to it. If I go to settings I cant find to show on wrist turn. Somthing isnt right  Someone said to hold left button and swipe left and right but holding that button just pulls up the relax app. How do I fix this?

Try a restart do it 3 times

Also it could be the watch face. Is it a Fitbit one or a Developer one?

It seems to be showing the clock like normal now. I'll post again if it starts having the problem again. I bought the ionic when it first came out. So I've had mine for a while. It's been fine this whole time until a recent update. Seems to be glitchy at times now. Thank you for the suggestion!
