Quick Replies Do Not Appear on Ionic Since Firmware Update

My Ionic firmware got an update a few days ago (27.68.9.15). Now when I get a text message on the watch, only the Open and Clear options appear, not Reply. My phone is running Android 8.1.0 (Oreo) and the Fitbit app is v3.7 (Sep 30, 2019).

Any ideas how to fix this up? I like that ability to send quick text messages from the watch.

@montebello Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the settings you've checked. 

It's pretty weird that your watch isn't showing the quick reply option. Since, you updated your Fitbit Ionic you might want to try setting quick replies again and if after this, you're still not seeing this option, please restart your watch.

Hi @SilviaFitbit, thanks for you answer. I tried the steps you suggested, but without luck. The watch still only shows the "Open" and "Clear" options.
