Hi
I read on the community board that Quick reply is now available (through the new update) for iPhone users. However when I go to the feature on my app, Quick Reply is in grey and doesn't allow me to set it up.
Did I misunderstand that Quick reply works with the iPhone?
I have the Ionic, Adidas Edition.

Welcome on board @jemf, it's nice to see you here! My friend @SunsetRunner is right. This feature is currently available on watches paired to an Android phone running Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later. Watches paired to an iPhone can only respond to Fitbit app notifications, such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests.
I'd recommend checking out our Feature Suggestion Board if you haven't already. This is a space where Community users can post features, ideas, and suggestions that they'd like to see in future Fitbit products, accessories, and software and top-voted suggestions get relayed to our product team for review.
I was doing some research and was able to find this idea asking for the same:
This suggestion is marked as "Under Consideration". You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs.
Let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with.

Where did you read this? As far as I am aware quick reply is still only available on Android devices.
