I called customer service about the quick reply option on the Ionic. I was told that quick replies are not enabled when synced with an iOS product. This needs to be an option for us iPhone users! There are many times I’m working out and I get a text that only needs an ‘ok’ response. I have to then pause my workout to type one word replies. It would be SO much better to be able to use the quick reply option on the watch. Please get this for iOS users soon!

Hello @shirley33 and a warm welcome.  As an iOS user, Feel your pain.  The best way I can put it from the best way I can understand it is that is an Apple thing, not a Fitbit thing.

To put the answer in another way, Apple prohibits third party apps from being able to respond to notifications. This issue is simply Apples hangup with taking complete control of what the user experiences..
