I love the iconic watch just have one problem. 

I set up my text message nonfiction. I get my texts but only sometimes does it show me the option to reply.  Sometimes it says clear..mark as read and open..and sometimes it also says reply.  How come this happens.  I would like to be able to reply all the time.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Fitbit Ionic? Do you experience this issue with text and app notifications or just with one of them? For example, are you able to respond text message but only open WhatsApp notifications? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit.
