I updated my ionic a week ago and quick replies worked for about 4 days and then all of a sudden one day the reply button turned into a read button. Reply is no longer an option. How does the button change on its own without updating it again. This is frustrating? If anybody has this problem can someone please explain why this might happen

Quick Replies are not working at all for gmail for me as well. I get two buttons "Archive" and "Clear" thats it. Running the latest version of Android on a Pizel 2 phone.

Was this thing ever tested with current versions of Android? Super frustrating when basic advertised features don't work at all.

I do get quick replies with Hangout messages but that's it.

I enabled quick reply for WhatApps and WeChat but it only works fine for WhatApps. WeChat shows Clear button only.
