I have an oppr r15 with Android 8.1

 

Why can't I use quick reply? Only allows me to open. 🤔

I believe it's limited to certain apps, which app are you trying to use quick reply with?

What do you mean by app? I'm using the Fitbit app haha sorry not very tech savvy

Which notification are you trying to reply to? Eg. WhatsApp, text message etc? Quick replies are mostly limited to messaging apps.
