Hi All,
My fitbit Ionic is not syncing GPS anymore.
When I am running or cycling the Ionic hang on syncing the GPS signal.
Reset procedure is not helpful. I think something is defective.
How can I open an RMA? The smartwatch should be in warranty. The site doesn't report a clear way to open a ticket to the support.

For this reason I have opened a thread to request support. On this landing page I can only see support via Twitter. Is this the only whay to speak with the support team? I guess that only people with twitter can access to direct support...

I can't explain that. That contact page for me (in the UK) also has telephone and webchat support. I guess they are not an option in Italy.
