So every since this daylight saving issues I have been having all kinds of issues with my fitbit and now my latest issue is it is not synching or it syncs when it wants to at first I thought it was my phone which I spoke and worked with Samsung for my Note 8. Did the reset, reprogamed all.of that it worked for a minute or it only sync at night but now I have this notice that says it hasn't sync since 5am
Do I have to have my Wi-Fi on all the time for it to work? Because I didn't have to before...I'm so frustrated and I paid too much money to toss...what is going on!!!!!

It's great to have you here @Brydlady. Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've performed. Your Ionic needs some requirements in order to sync to your Dashboard, you can learn more about it by checking How do Fitbit devices sync their data?.
Additionally, I would like you to confirm you've tried this syncing procedure. Is it not syncing everyday? Do you get any error message or does it just not syncs?
