Can not get my ionic to update it searches and if I go on blue tooth it can’t find it

Having the exact same issues.  Fitbit itself seems to be working but won't communicate with phone or computer via Bluetooth.

Sent from my iPadi deleted my Fitbit and started again it is now working.

Since up date it says you can get Deezer via Fitbit.com/deezer App Store says no such app

Removed from acct and reinstalled. Now working as before.

Removed from account and cannot reinstall...does not recognize ionic.

Restart your ionic , left bouton, and low Wright bouton. Follow instructions
