Thanks for the response, I have a Samsung Galaxy S9. I have tried everything you said numerous times. My Ionic was paired and added but got accidentally deleted. It finds it sends the code and I put the code in and it goes to try again. I must have tried it 40 times already! this is very frustrating! Can anyone help or is it a lost cause! I accidentally deleted my Ionic from the app. I have tried to add it many times and it does not connect. I cN enter the 4 numbers, always says sorry set up taking longer than usual. Connecting is spinning. Then it goes to all the trouble shooters, check blue tooth ect. Please help. My grand daughter deleted it by a accident.

Ok your Ionic has been removed from your account, have you removed it from your phones Bluetooth, and any other device/phone that may be nearby and turned on that the ionic has ever connected to?
Tried shutting the ionic and phone off.
If I'm android, no mention of what phone your having issues with, have you cleared the alps cache.
