Hi I have the same problem with my Ionic and my One Plus, the app tries to sync and it suggest that I turn on and off the blue tooth, sometimes it will sync, but not most of the time, also I did the latest update, but it keeps showing on the app? Is there something I can try? I just got this phone

A warm welcome to the Community @Kordovaia. I was checking the list of supported apps and One Plus isn't listed yet. This can be the reason why it isn't syncing, I can provide you this syncing troubleshoot but I can't confirm this will connect everyday as it's not a supported mobile device. 

Fitbit is always trying to add new devices based in the feedback that you provide.
