Reading notifications

I use my Ionic with Samsung S7.

I get all notifications on Ionic, but while some of them have "open" button, I was never able to get anything to display.

The most that would happen if I pres is is that it returns back to notification list.

Or sometimes list just closes and I'm back on the clock screen.

Pressing the open button should cause the message to open on the phone.

Generally I tap the message itself to display more

Thanks. Yes, support told me so much. A bit confusing UI though, I would say.
