Ive just updated from a blaze to ionic and I'm really disappointed. My watch is a week old and I'm having nothing but problems with the the straps coming loose is anyone else having this Issue??

Deezer is an absolute nightmare I don't know how many times I've followed the procedure and then gone to open the app on my watch and yet again it gives me another code. I must say for a watch that has cost me so much its giving me nothing but trouble. Is anyone else having these issues and knows maybe what I can do to sort them out.

I've been switching banks since August without a problem. Maybe you just are locking then in properly? Do you hear them "click"?

?

@Natalie82 If the bands are coming out even after being correctly and fully inserted, then yes, customer services is the best course of action, as it sounds like you have a h/w issue. FWIW many in the past thought they had inserted their bands fully but later found on closer examination that they weren’t, hence them coming detached. However I’ll assume you’ve checked and hope CS can sort you out with a replacement (assuming you bought from Fitbit, otherwise head back to place of purchase).
