Finally got one of the 3 bands I ordered. The cognac leather band in large.

 

I didn't realize how bad the stock band is until I tried this one. It's a night and day difference in comfort.

Yes, I agree, I got the cognac in small. Word of warning for those with small wrists .... the regular band  I have the small as a lot of holes left for it to fit tight. On the small cognac, I am on the second to last hole so it might need another hole punching in for some people.
