Red lines on screen

Hi

My Ionic has developed red lines on the screen and the touch screen is not working properly:

I have reset the watch a couple of times, removed any apps I had installed, updated it to latest version so it is now the base watch plus a couple of watch faces however this hasn't resolved anything.

Please can you advise

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

looks to be a bad lcd screen. Hopefully your Ionic is still under warranty.
