Unable to update firmware version

It took the first update but steps stopped counting no heart rate and won’t track sleep and keeps asking to calibrate but won’t let me. Then say there’s an update but won’t complete the up date some time Fitbit turns green like it’s done but update didn’t go through other times it say disconnected from Bluetooth and does the same for wifi
