Red x & error message data not cleared sync & try again on my Ionic

Try to do other posts steps in the community, seems doesn’t work.

At first, I choose back to the factory setting from my ionic watch, and then get the red X. I also tried  press 3 buttons to reset, reconnect from app etc… still stuck here…
