I love my Ionic  but I am having a hard time getting it to charge. I have tried cleaning it. I have tried different chargers - I have three. I have tried different power sources - inside my apartment and in my car and even on the train. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I would like to send it back and get it refurbished. I want to hold off on buying something new for a bit because I expect Fitbit/Google to introduce a new device soon -  no info, just speculation on my part. How do I get my Ionic sent back in for refurbishing. Love these devices and have had one model or another for about a decade.

Hi @djr1010412 there are no repairs for these devices. Did you use authentic Fitbit chargers?

Yes, I did. All parts are directly from Fitbit except some extra bands I
have which have nothing to do with charging. I kind of figured that was the
answer.
