Has anyone else noticed that the colored background has disappeared on the relax function?

I am not sure if i understand correctly.

If you mean the greenish/blueish color, then i can say that i still have it.

But only if i am able to do the breathing in sync with the ring growing and shrinking.

The more in sync the more greenish it gets and also the more stars/sparkles you see.

Yeah. It’s the greenish blue cue that you are in sync that has
disappeared. I only have the circle and sparkles if I’m lucky.

I tried the Relax feature for first time three days ago.  I am unable to get any sparkles, is it just me?  The last three days I have tried at least twice a day, sometimes breathing slower, sometimes faster, doing my very best to match the moving circle, still no sparkles and at the end it tells me my "alignment is low".

Any suggestions from other users?  Definitely not helping to calm me.

Thanks for any advice.

I managed sparkles once but never since. Think I get more stressed trying for sparkles, thinking I’m perfectly in time and not getting them Smiley Mad

Thanks lostlogik, good to know I'm not alone.

It's tough to try and practice mindfulness being so competitive by nature.

Best regards.

I had trouble at the beginning.  It seems to have its own idea of timing on the syncing.  I've tried exhaling and inhaling a little behind the buzz and that made my score higher.  Probably for the first two weeks my score was low and I thought that I would totally ace it.  I stretch, dance and do yoga so breathing...no problem...wrong.  The green and sparkles sometimes glitch and don't show up, but I just start and restart it and that seems to help.  I think that the ability to lower your heart rate has something to do with it.  So when I'm not so worried about my score, I'm not as stressed.  This competitive relaxation is hard to balance.

I just did it and I got the little circles and sparkles but a low alignment score.

I am very intrigued by this feature,,,but also have no sparkles and a "low alignment" rating. FITBIT guidance ad to what we are shooting for would help. Can you weigh in?

I think that if you are trying to hard to win at breathing, your heart rate
goes up and that causes alignment to be low. The breathing should be
consistent without pauses as well. It does take practice.
