Reminder and Text message Won't Clear

I have a reminder and a text message on my Ionic that won't clear when I touch "Clear All". Everything else has cleared.

Have you tried restarting the device? When that happens to me I perform a restart to clear the stuck messages (like rebooting a computer). Press the left button and lower right buttons at the same time and hold for about 5 seconds. That should start the reboot process and hopefully clear the annoying stuck message.
