Removing tiles from Ionic dashboard

I would like to clean up (simplify) the dashboard associated Ionic tracker.  It's simple enough to move the tiles around, but I really would like to remove several of them (ex. - friends, recent exercise).  Any suggestions?

On the App Dashboard, click on the Icon at the upper right that looks like a Pen and you can rearrange, add or delete tiles to your heart's content.

Thanks for the response.  There is no icon in the corner of the Ionic dashboard that looks anything like a pen.  Consequently, I am still trying to determine how to delete tiles on the dashboard.

Billy, I should have specified that I was talking about a computer App Dashboard.  On an Android phone App Dashboard, swipe up till you see a Red Box labeled EDIT at the bottom of the screen and touch that for the same facility I mentioned.

My water tile disappeared. How do i add it back? When I click on the blank space space the info is there but I'd like the icon. Thanks!
