hi,
ive had a replacement ionic as the battery wasnt working properly on my last one. my last ionic recording my sleep, gave me a sleep score and showed me insights into sleep stages and total time asleep.
on my new ionic, it doesnt record sleep at all and where the stats normally sit, it just says 'wear your fitbit to bed' which i do every night, as i have for the past couple of years with my old fitbit.
the sleep stats are super important to me and it looks like i have to have a premium subscription to access ANY sleep data now?? that seems ridiculous as it should be and always has been an included feature of the fitbit. i assume its a reason a lot of people got the fitbit to start with.
why do i now need to pay to access my sleep data when it was free before?
Or is there an error with my replacement ionin?
Thanks in advance.
**my ionic is being worn at night with full battery, sitting correctly on wrist etc etc, just like i was wearing it for all the time my last ionin DID record sleep.

Hi @nicila66, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To learn more about the free sleep feature of your Ionic and the premium one, please check the information that's specified on: What's the difference between free and Fitbit Premium sleep information? and let me know if you have any additional questions about this.
Moving forward with the issue you're currently experiencing, can you please let me know how many times your replacement Ionic didn't record your sleep? Is it not recording sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart the device and try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep, let me know if the issue persists.
Looking forward toy our reply.
