Response from customer service

I messaged your customer service department  over 48 hours ago. 

My fitbit needed charging but refused to respond even though it was on charge for several hours. I've tried a different charger and a different outlet. I've cleaned the contacts. Still nothing.

This is the 3rd replacement I have had in 2 years since buying the device direct from you. They have all stopped working for different reasons.

My message was acknowledge but I've heard nothing more. 

I've always been impressed with the speed of your customer services. Not so impressed with the standard of your device . However this time I've had no response at all. 

Can someone tell me when I  can expect a response?

You do understand Fitbit is working with a skeleton crew during all of this. That hasn't stopped the number of requests for support. Did you try calling?

I'm sorry but I'm not prepared to ring a US number from the UK. 

I understand that they are working with fewer staff but I'd still like some sort of response.
