I was told by several employees at REI to steer away from fit bit and go with Garmin. Since I had a nightmare with my surge, I really hesitated to go with fit bit again. But, I plopped down some big money and went with the ionic. Now, I have a weather message that I can’t get rid of on my tracker. I suppose if If I spent three or four hours researching this known issue, I could resolve the situation. Why does fit bit release the product with a flaw. Especially when it has to do with an app? I am really disappointed in Fitbit. Does this company realize what an investment some of us make into our trackers?
