I went for a first run since upgrading to the Ionic this week. Can somebody tell me how to get the screen to remain on whilst runnin. Having to press a button what running is annoying.
Regards,
Richard

There is no "always on" setting from FitBit. There are some 3rd party clock faces that have that setting but I don't know which ones. However, you do not have to "press a button". Do a long press of the left button and choose "Auto" under Screen Wake and raising and turning your arm to view turns on the screen.
HERE is the User Manual.

Within the Exercise app on your Ionic, if you select the Run activity and then tap the Gear icon and scroll to the bottom of the options you should see an option titled "Always-on Screen Reduces battery life". It defaults to Off, but tapping it should set it to on.
I've not actually used the option as I use the raise wrist to wake gesture.

Thank you very much for that info. I wasn't aware of that setting since I don't use the Run command and I've never seen this mentioned before in the Forum.
