Hey Everyone,
This watch is beginning to frustrate the hell out of me. I bought the first one and it wouldn't work. Went back to bestbuy and returned it and, now this one the light doesn't come on in the back either.
I tried the resolution as others have mentioned on the first watch to no avail. The second one is doing the same crap. Any resolutions?! Or, do I have to set up an RMA with fitbit?!

Changed the settings to customer on the web site and updated the watch 3x 4x and it started blinking and working. Hopefully this works for someone else -=]
