I do not have the SPO2 graph in my sleep data yet (I do have a Premium subscription) and upgraded to 27.70.7.14 several weeks ago (I had to factory reset before it saw the update).
Also, why isn't SPO2 data treated similar to heartrate, steps, etc.?
- a graph showing the whole day
- average SPO2
- a realtime screen on the watch itself
Thanks

@P.E. Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I appreciate that you mentioned you had to perform a factory reset before you got the firmware version. The estimated oxygen variation (EOV) graph is an estimate of the variability of the oxygen level in your blood.
The red and infrared sensors on the back of your Fitbit device capture the data that you see on your estimated oxygen variation (EOV) graph. Although the sensors are components of a relative SpO2 sensor, the graph is not a relative SpO2 estimate.
In order to receive EOV data, note the following:
If you would like to have the SPO2 on your Ionic, you may want to post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

The app says "Your Charge 3 is up to date" and I just synced it.
I see no SPO2 data when I look at the sleep info. What do I need to do to see it?

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for letting me know that your Charge 3 is up to date. The estimated oxygen variation will show in the Fitbit app on the sleep graph under restoration. Please make sure you're tracking your sleep and getting sleep stages, learn more about it by checking this article.
