I cant see my STEPS in the dashborad when clock is synced.
I tried to reinstall software on MAC and on my Huawi PRO 20 also on the clock. Logged in and out. Still i dont get the STEPS on the clock or the MAC Fitbit Software. The STEPS windows is there...but the amount of steps dong come up......strange
If you don't see the tile for steps on dashboard, scroll to bottom to see the "Edit" button; click that and you will see all the tiles available. Add or remove as you wish. Then click check mark at top right to save changes.
Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
I am having the same issue with my new IPhone XR. I can no longer scroll to the top of the dashboard. The “edit” at the bottom of the screen does not help. Pretty frustrating, was fine on my iPhone 6 Plus. Any tips?
STEPS is there on the dashboard. The problem is that.....i dont get up the amount of steps i have already walked. It want update my STEPS. The window is there...on the HuaWei Pro 20 phone and the mac.
Calories is there..........how much i used.........
