Just had a problem with my ionic and they have offered me a replacement - when looking at the features it no longer has the swimming function along side the watch - does anyone know if this feature is no longer available - just wondering if that's why my watch stopped working!

Where do you mean it no longer shows the swimming function "along side the watch"?  Do you mean on the packaging?  Or can you not find the function on the tracker?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

If you do a comparison on the watches from the home page https://www.fitbit.com/uk/compare the swim icon isn't ticked on the ionic any more - or indeed any of the watches.... I'm wondering as my fitbit has stopped working whether this feature is being withdrawn because of the numbers of ionics that are having this problem?

This looks more like a bug on the website. None of the trackers shows this feature in the comparison and as far as I know Versa and Charge 3 should be able to track swimming, too.
