My fitbit could not sync since 10.44AM (GMT+7) by now it is about 7 hours and half that I kept syncing and it would not work. I did all of the protocol that I should do
- shuttled down the watch and opened it again 5 times
- disconnected the Bluetooth and reconnect it again
- disconnected other Bluetooth devices
- cleared cache
- cleared data
- forced stop
- deleted the app and installed it again
I am running out of patience. I read on the play store comments seems like not only me got this problwm in March. What is going on with the new update. Please let me know what is the problem, how you are going to take responsibility for this. How long it would take. We didn't get your fitbit for free. Please fixed it as it your company responsible anyway. And this model is not cheap. We should not get this problem from you.

Same problem since last week. App does not find and vonnect to wifi, sync only random. Reinstall app, switch phone off, inpair bluetooth, etc, etc
Was working well since the December upgrade mess was sortef.

Sorry @Nanadiver but we as users will not be able to make changes.
At best we can give steps that has helped us and others. May I ask what type of phone you have?

I’ve had the same issue as well since March, contacted customer support and in the end they said they knew it was an issue and that was it heard nothing more.
