Just told by Fitbit  Phone Support that the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has not been 'fully tested' and therefore is not deemed compatible with the Ionic. Further support doesn't know if it will EVER be compatible.

How can this be?

New phones come out quite often. It takes time to test them when they do come out.
