Screen Gone Black

Hi. My Ionic is charged sufficiently, yet it suddenly went black yesterday. I tried cleaning all the components and charging it overnight. Nothing is working. Please advise! I've only had this device for 6 months and I do everything on the Fitbit App.

Call or get in live chat with their service department, if you are still under warranty they will send you a replacement, mine died after owning it for 3 months, replacement got sent out and arrived in less than a week. No issues with it, yet.
