Screen Keeps Flashing Fitbit Logo

 Kind of a long post.  Started with my Ionic not keeping time, would lose time over the period of a few hours.  I noticed that my Fitbit was not syncing.  So did a restart (left button and bottom right for 10 seconds). Nothing.  Turned off and on the Bluetooth on my Note 8.  Nothing.  Restart and turned off and on Bluetooth.  Uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit app.  Nothing.  Did a factory reset.  Multiple times,  Takes forever and sometime the wifi works, sometimes not, but always within a couple of minutes, it would not sync.  Last time I did reset the screen just went to the Fitbit logo coming on for 5 secs and off for 2 secs.  Can not get it to restart or anything.  Please help.

I’ve been using a verse 2 for over a year now and it works way better then the Iconic.

Well, bummer. This happened to me about 1.5 years ago. My ionic was under warranty and Fitbit sent me a second. It just happened again. The support rep said "a special team will contact you via email". I just got the email. It was a 35% discount to buy another device. Ha ha. No way. This Ionic was $300. While it was nice to get a replacement in the first year. The second one dying in another year is a bit silly. 

Going to toss the discount code and look at getting an apple watch. Any other fitness device alternatives anybody would recommend? I've been checking out the Whoop strap or the Apple Watch. I moved to Fitbit after the BodyBugg and then the Motoactv, but regardless of how great the software is (and it is great), the hardware is just not reliable.
